Easter Chick Craft Kit/ 6 or 12 Count

This craft kit includes:

6 or 12 unfinished 5x5 wood plaques

 20mm wooden beads for handle

wire for handle

fabric chick appliques

felt eggs in various colors

ric rac for eggs

black plastic eyes

orange felt for beak

1 or 2 bottles of gel stain

1 bottle of Mod Podge

The first step for this craft is to stain the wood plaque. Gel stain is used which is less messy and easier to work with. The gel stain dries within a few minutes when applied lightly. Next, paint the back of the chick with Mod Podge and glue in the center of your plaque. Glue eyes and beak on. Next glue the felt eggs and embellish with rick rack. String the wood beads onto the wire and tie the ends. Hot glue the handle to the back of the plaque. Such an adorable decoration for Easter!
